Skier May Be Charged in Death of Man on Slopes
From Times Wire Reports
A prosecutor said he was trying to decide whether a British skier should be charged with manslaughter after colliding with another skier on a Colorado ski slope that ended with the man hitting a tree and dying.
Summit County Dist. Atty. Mark Hurlbert said he expected to announce Thursday whether charges of first-degree assault and manslaughter would be filed against Robert Alexander Wills, 31, in the death of Richard Henrichs, 56, of Naperville, Ill., at the Breckenridge Ski Resort.
