1-Year Treasury Bill Yield Edges Lower

The average yield for one-year Treasury bills, a popular index for making changes in adjustable rate mortgages, edged down to 1.20% last week from 1.23% the previous week, the Federal Reserve said.

Separately, the Treasury Department postponed its weekly auction of three-month and six-month bills until today, because of issues related to the federal debt ceiling.
