An Algerian pilot falsely accused of being involved in the Sept. 11 attacks won a public apology and undisclosed damages from a newspaper, his lawyer said in London. Lotfi Raissi, 29, who has claims pending against the FBI and the U.S. Justice Department, won against Associated Newspapers, publishers of the Mail.
