If you’re a fan of show business anecdotes, you’ll find an embarrassment of riches in “An Evening With Jack Klugman.” A veteran actor of some 60 years, Klugman is perhaps best known for his television work (“The Odd Couple,” “Quincy, M.E.”), but he has also worked extensively in both film and theater alongside Ethel Merman, Henry Fonda, Judy Garland, Lee J. Cobb and John Garfield. In his 80s, Klugman is fit and spry. The premise is simple: Written questions are collected from the audience before curtain, then during the show, a moderator reads the questions aloud, and they invariably send Klugman on a tear.
