Imagine -- a Lennon musical

A stage musical based on the post-Beatles songs of John Lennon is in the works from Edgar Lansbury and Don Scardino, who will produce the still-untitled show by arrangement with Lennon’s widow, Yoko Ono.
Eric Overmyer (“On the Verge”) has been chosen to write the book with Scardino, who will direct. The team has announced plans to open the show on Broadway in 2004-05.
