Police Chief Baker Announces Retirement

After nearly three decades with the Anaheim police force, Chief Roger A. Baker will retire at the end of the year to take a job in Washington state.
Baker, chief of the 589-person department since 1999, will become the chief of police in Des Moines in early 2004.
