County to Pay $350,000 to Molestation Victim
From Times Wire Reports
The county will pay $350,000 to a boy who was sexually assaulted as a 10-year-old while in foster care, according to a court settlement.
The boy was hit in the face at least twice on Aug. 16, 2001, then sodomized and threatened by a 13-year-old boy at the home.
Before the attack, the older boy had been in several foster homes and had been involved in another sexual assault, said Charles D. Oren, the attorney for the younger boy.
