Police Fatally Shoot Man Wielding Scissors

San Diego police shot and killed a man who lunged at officers with scissors early Friday after a traffic stop for suspected drunk driving, officials said.
Pedro Lopez, 49, was pulled over shortly after midnight and was sitting on a curb when he tried to attack the officers, detectives said.
