Terror at Home

Re “Marine Wounded in Iraq War Is Gunned Down in Long Beach,” Oct. 21: I wept as I read Lance Cpl. Sok Khak Ung’s last words of reassurance to his father after being shot at a party at their home. “It’s OK, Daddy, don’t worry about me.” Such bravery and love in the face of death. And what a shame, to die at the hands of an enemy in our homeland.
