Police Ask for Help in Mystery Shooting Death

Detectives sought the public’s help Friday in solving the mystery slaying of a 47-year-old Sylmar resident.
Juan Manzano walked into Sierra Community Medical Clinic in Sun Valley on Wednesday and “just said, ‘Someone shot me,’ and that was it,” said Los Angeles Police Det. Frank Bishop. “Then he collapsed.”
