Is the list of people who signed the recall petition available to the public?
No. Petition signature records are not considered public records under state law. The records can be examined by county officials who receive the petitions and who check the signatures against voter registration records. Under specific circumstances, the records can be reviewed by organizers of the recall drive and, through court order, by the state attorney general and secretary of state.
