Mexico to Keep Partial Ban on U.S. Beef

From Reuters

Mexico will maintain its partial ban on U.S. beef imports because it is not convinced that U.S. meat plants have taken sufficient measures to combat mad cow disease, the agriculture ministry said.

Mexico will maintain its ban on imports of U.S. boned beef, meat for pet food and live cattle after the visits to U.S. plants, Trujillo said.
