Stewart Sells Shares Worth $8 Million

Martha Stewart, the jailed founder of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc., sold about $8 million in shares in the media company this week, according to a regulatory filing.
Stewart sold nearly 300,000 shares of Class A common stock, according to a form filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The stock hit a more than four-year high Thursday, climbing to as high as $33.49 at one point.
Shares of Martha Stewart Living slid $2.10 to $27.60 on the NYSE.
