Hockey? Oh, That Game With the Sticks, Right?
The NHL players and the owners say they are looking out for the long-term health of the sport, but there will be no long-term health if the public walks away in the short term. If I am tired of the whining and willing to let my King season tickets go on to the next sucker, just imagine what the average sports fan who is barely aware of the NHL will do.
