Holiday closures
Friday is Christmas Eve. The following schedule will be in effect in observance of the holiday:
Offices: All city, county and federal offices and courts will be closed.
Mail: Mail will be delivered as usual and post offices will be open.
Libraries: Libraries will be closed.
Banks: Most banking institutions will be open limited hours.
Schools: Public schools will be closed.
Public transportation: MTA buses will run today on their regular schedules. Metrolink’s Antelope Valley and San Bernardino lines will operate on their Saturday schedules and all other lines will be shut down.
Trash collection: Trash will be picked up as scheduled.
