Coalition of Water Agencies Reorganizes
From Times Staff and Wire Reports

The Friant Water Users Authority, which feeds water to the valley’s east side, plans to continue representing 15,000 growers as the Friant Water Authority.
The group will represent all but one former member: the 140,000-acre Madera Irrigation District.
