Garfunkel pleads guilty, pays fines

Art Garfunkel pleaded guilty to marijuana possession in upstate New York and paid $200 in fines.
Garfunkel, 62, of Manhattan, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after state police stopped his limousine for speeding Jan. 17 in Hurley.
