BOYS’ BASKETBALL

* A.J. Moskus and Jon Anson, Irvine University: Moskus made a layup with 20 seconds left to finish with 18 points and Anson made six three-pointers to finish with 38 points in a 72-70 victory over Laguna Beach in the Pacific Coast League third-place playoff. Ivan Kovacevic had 28 points for Laguna Beach.

* Adrian Aye-Darko, West Hills Chaminade: Made five three-pointers and scored 23 points in a 58-44 victory over La Canada St. Francis in the Mission League’s fourth-place playoff.

GIRLS’ BASKETBALL

* Camille Desmond, L.A. Fremont: Had 28 points, including five three-pointers, and hit the game-winning free throws with 18 seconds left in overtime in a 51-49 Coliseum League victory over L.A. Dorsey that clinched second in league.

* Deshawna Banks, Los Angeles: Had 26 points in a 53-41 victory over Eagle Rock that gave the Romans an unbeaten Northern League season.

* Flor Morales, L.A. Fairfax: Had 17 points to lead the Lions to a 51-36 victory over Westchester and an unbeaten Western League season.

BOYS’ SOCCER

* Froylan Marin, Anaheim Katella: Scored during the second 10-minute overtime for a 2-1 Empire League victory over La Palma Kennedy that clinched third place in league and a playoff spot.
