Bac To Streak Hopes to Build on Rare Win
Three weeks after his upset in the Moonshiner Handicap, Bac To Streak will try for another victory in tonight’s eighth race, a $16,915 allowance at 870 yards.
In his first start in more than 13 months in the Moonshiner, Bac To Streak, a 5-year-old Splash Bac gelding, prevailed by three-quarters of a length at 21-1. It was the first win in 23 starts for the California-bred, who is owned by Mario Gutierrez and trained by Jesus Nunez.
Danzhound, a thoroughbred trained by Kent Molinaro for Walnut View Farms, was second in the Moonshine and is back for another shot tonight.

Four! Tomalosta, Virgil and Czubukon in the sixth, Shell Ha and That Lovely Day in the seventh, Danzhound in the eighth and Terrasena, Eyesa Comin, Streak Down First, Kiss This G Bye and Proudest Baby Bug in the ninth.
Shots in the dark: One Of Us adds Lasix for trainer Felix Payne in the second. Tizatiger will make debut in a weak spot in the fifth.
