Guacamole Recalled Over Listeria Threat

A Mexican food company Friday recalled guacamole products that may be contaminated with listeria, which can cause potentially serious illness.
El Burrito Mexican Food Products in Industry issued a recall for 8-ounce cups of Springfield Fresh Guacamole and 11-ounce cups of El Burrito Guacamole that were sold after Feb. 2.
Listeria bacteria can cause flu-like symptoms that can be serious and sometimes fatal.
