Assailant Identified in Shooting of Couple

A man who broke into a home and shot two baby-sitting grandparents, one fatally, was identified Thursday as Sing Choi, 24.
The attack occurred Wednesday morning in the 400 block of West Riggin Street. Qi Jun Wu, 66, died at a hospital. His wife, Sulin Zhu, 65, was in stable condition with four bullet wounds to her chest and legs. The baby they were caring for was not injured.
Choi, their neighbor, shot himself to death later that day. The motive for the attack was still under investigation.
