Cojocaru wants to start talking

The peacockish Steven Cojocaru is leaving the ink-stained wretches behind. The veteran scribe of People magazine’s Style Watch column has decided to focus on his television career.

Cojocaru, who regularly shares the latest celebrity-favorite lowriding jean or body butter with “Today” audiences, has a deal with Paramount to develop a talk show, according to his publicist, Marcy Engelman. The 41-year-old is as well known for his changing hairstyles as for his sense of humor. His last column appears in People’s Jan. 19 issue.
