A former Little League baseball coach and Boy Scout volunteer, arrested in Sherman Oaks on suspicion of molesting a child, may have more victims, Los Angeles police said Thursday.

David Steven Schwartz, 45, was arrested Wednesday at his office in the 15400 block of Ventura Boulevard in Sherman Oaks, Officer Jason Lee said.

The Los Angeles Police Department began an investigation earlier this month after a man reported that Schwartz had molested him when he was a Little League player, Lee said.

Schwartz, who is being held in lieu of $400,000 bail, could face multiple counts of committing sex crimes against a child, police said.

Lee said the alleged incidents of molestation took place over a three-year period.

Detectives from the Sexually Exploited Child Unit say Schwartz may have molested other children.
