Disney’s Celebration Sells Florida Site

Walt Disney Co.’s real estate development division, Celebration Co., said it sold the Market Street shopping, office and residential center in Celebration, Fla., to closely held Lexin Capital.

Terms of the sale weren’t disclosed. The purchase encompasses 18 acres, including 16 retail stores, six restaurants, 94,000 square feet of office space, 105 apartments and three land parcels.
