Man Opens Fire at Girlfriend’s Old Job
The longtime boyfriend of a recently fired real estate agent walked into her old office and opened fire, killing one person and wounding another before killing himself, authorities said.
The gunman, James A. Webb, 56, was found dead inside the ERA Professional Realtors office after Pinellas County sheriff’s deputies stormed the building, said sheriff’s spokesman Tim Goodman.
Tracy E. Sells, 42, a partner in the office, was killed. A woman who was wounded was reported in stable condition at a hospital in nearby St. Petersburg.
