Hussein Is No Hitler
Neocons must stop comparing Saddam Hussein to Adolf Hitler. That’s not to say he wasn’t a mean dictator; he was. But Hussein didn’t roll over several countries in a few months like the Fuhrer, with tanks, air and sea power and millions of soldiers.
Hussein had half the army he did in the 1991 Persian Gulf War, no flyable air force and no navy. The United Nations had weakened him badly with sanctions and inspections.
Get real -- the lies must stop.
