Officer Accused of Illicit Surveillance Camera Use
A San Francisco police officer assigned to traffic control duties and San Francisco International Airport faces internal charges that he used surveillance cameras to ogle women as they walked through the terminal.
Officer William Rossi, 48, is accused of overriding the normal use of the cameras and blocking other officers from access to the system to “focus on women’s breasts and buttocks,” according to charges brought by Chief Heather Fong.
Rossi, a 25-year member of the department, could face suspension or firing.
