3 Teens Plead Guilty to Plotting to Kill Teacher
From Times Staff and Wire Reports
Three teenage boys pleaded guilty Thursday to conspiring to kill a teacher at their school in suburban Lemon Grove and could be sentenced to the California Youth Authority until age 25. Two are 14, one is 13.
The boys admitted in Juvenile Court that one had brought a gun and another a knife to kill a teacher at Palm Middle School because she had given one of them an F. The plot was foiled when another student alerted authorities.
Sentencing will be set next week.
