‘Mallard Fillmore’

Beginning today, “Mallard Fillmore” joins The Times’ comics pages. The comic strip, created by Bruce Tinsley in 1994, follows the adventures of Fillmore, a duck who is a TV reporter in Washington, as well as a conservative.

Mallard Fillmore replaces “Zack Hill.”
