* Lockheed Martin Corp. said Chairman and Chief Executive Vance Coffman would retire and named President Robert Stevens, 52, his successor as CEO. Coffman, 59, will serve as chairman until April 2005, Lockheed said.

* IHOP Corp. said Chief Marketing Officer Gregg Nettleton resigned, and the company has begun a search for a replacement. Nettleton, who joined the operator of International House of Pancakes restaurants in July 2002, will leave March 31, the Glendale-based company said.
