Man Pleads Guilty in Child Pornography Case
A Clovis chiropractor pleaded guilty in federal court Monday to involvement in a child pornography ring that has resulted in 70 arrests worldwide and the confiscation of about 1 million images.
Lloyd Alan Emmerson, 47, stood in a red jumpsuit and looked straight at the judge as he heard the list of charges, then answered, “guilty” to each count of conspiracy to sexually exploit minors, sexual exploitation of minors and the distribution of child pornography. He agreed to a 30-year prison term.
Emmerson was at the center of an international child pornography production and distribution ring originally identified by Danish authorities, who tipped off local police after arresting suspects who had shared photos with Emmerson.
