“Lessons of Medi-Cal’s Diaper Debacle” (March 23) is painful to read for doctors who have been humiliated by Medi-Cal for years. With disgraceful reimbursement and obstructive billing practices in place for doctors, suppliers, on the other hand, have been allowed to get away with bilking the system of millions.
