Sewage Plant Worker’s Body Found in Tank
From Times Wire Reports
The body of a missing sewage plant worker was found in Spokane, two days after he disappeared following the rupture of a sewage tank.
City spokeswoman Marlene Feist said the body of 46-year-old Mike Cmos Jr. was located in a large tank at the Spokane Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Workers have been draining the tank since Monday, when rising pressure caused the tank’s lid to crumble. Three other plant workers were injured.
