Ports Show Decline of U.S. Manufacturing

Why are the shipping ports so clogged with incoming traffic (“Delays Mount at Local Ports as Shipping Surges,” Sept. 27)?

Because we manufacture hardly anything in this country anymore. The behemoth United States companies have outsourced all the jobs to foreign countries.
