Al Gore and Joel Hyatt announced on Wednesday the two top managers for their new cable network, IndTV, aimed at 18- to 34-year-olds.

David Neuman, formerly chief programming officer at CNN, will serve as president of programming, and Anne Zehren, founding publisher of Teen People magazine, will be president of sales and marketing. Both moves took effect immediately in the network’s San Francisco headquarters.

Chairman Gore and Chief Executive Hyatt announced in May that they had acquired Newsworld International from Vivendi Universal.
