UPS to Reintroduce Ground Fuel Surcharge

As oil prices continue to rise, United Parcel Service Inc. said it would reintroduce a fuel surcharge in its ground services beginning next year.
The Atlanta-based company also raised its rates on some of its services, effective Jan. 3.
