Have you ever wondered why Breeders’ Cup Saturday isn’t consistently on a specific day, maybe the first Saturday in November? Logic tells us that because NBC televises the Breeders’ Cup and also every stinkin’ Notre Dame home game, then the Breeders’ Cup races can only occur when Notre Dame is not playing a home game.

Has anyone ever asked the Sport of Kings’ representatives how they like playing second fiddle to a mediocre football program ?
