The David O. Russell 35-minute antiwar documentary, “Soldier’s Pay,” will be distributed by Cinema Libre Studio in theaters in conjunction with the documentary “Uncovered: The War on Iraq,” the distributor announced Wednesday.

In the film, Russell interviews American soldiers about the war in Iraq, including Matt Novak, who was discharged for speaking out against certain aspects of the war.

The documentary also includes interviews with Iraqi refugees who were extras in Russell’s 1999 film, “Three Kings.”

“Soldier’s Pay” was scheduled to screen this fall with the re-release of “Three Kings” until Warner Bros. declared it too political for an election year. The film will also be included on the DVD of “Uncovered: The War on Iraq,” to be released in October.
