Ruth’s Chris Steak House Inc. said it boosted the size of its initial public stock offering to 13 million shares from 11.43 million shares and priced the shares at $18 each, above the expected range of $15 to $17. The stock will begin trading on Nasdaq today under the symbol RUTH.
