Wells Fargo Is Sued for Back Overtime
From Bloomberg News
Wells Fargo & Co. was sued by a business-systems employee who claimed that he and others were denied overtime wages due them.
The lawsuit filed in federal court in San Francisco by Jasmin Gerlach, a former bank employee, says Wells Fargo unlawfully characterizes business- systems employees as exempt from California laws requiring that workers be paid overtime.
A Wells Fargo spokesman didn’t return a call for comment.
