Christian Activist Reed to Run for Lt. Governor
From Times Wire Reports
Ralph Reed, former Christian Coalition director, announced in Atlanta that he would run for lieutenant governor in 2006.
Reed, 43, pledged to “work tirelessly” for Republican Gov. Sonny Perdue and other party leaders. The current lieutenant governor, Democrat Mark Taylor, is expected to challenge Perdue next year.
