Pro Bowl receiver Randy Moss apparently is headed to the Oakland Raiders.

Dante DiTrapano, Moss’ agent, told Associated Press on Wednesday that the Minnesota Vikings and the Raiders had “come to an agreement on Randy playing for Oakland next year.”

Neither the Vikings nor the Raiders would confirm the deal, which was first reported by the St. Paul Pioneer Press.

DiTrapano said he didn’t know the terms of the deal, but the Pioneer Press reported the Vikings would get linebacker Napoleon Harris, along with the seventh overall pick and a late-round pick in the April draft.

The deal cannot become official until next Wednesday, the start of the NFL’s fiscal year.

Trade rumors have surrounded Moss all off-season. He struggled with a hamstring injury, but still finished with 13 touchdown catches last season.

He was fined $10,000 for pretending to pull down his pants and moon the Green Bay crowd during Minnesota’s playoff win. He also drew criticism for leaving the field with two seconds left in a regular-season loss to Washington.

Moss’ 9,142 yards receiving are the most by any player over his first seven seasons.

He is the only receiver to start his career with six consecutive 1,000-yard seasons.

Quarterback Drew Bledsoe was given a three-year contract with the Dallas Cowboys, reuniting him with Coach Bill Parcells. Contract terms were not available.

Bledsoe, 33, was released by the Buffalo Bills on Tuesday.

Parcells was coach of the New England Patriots when he selected Bledsoe with the No. 1 overall pick in 1993.

They reached the 1997 Super Bowl, losing to the Green Bay Packers, then Parcells left for the New York Jets.

Philadelphia tendered restricted free agent Brian Westbrook, giving the Eagles the right to match any offer he receives or a first-round pick from any team that signs the Pro Bowl running back.

Westbrook scored nine touchdowns last season and led the Eagles with 1,515 total yards.

Miami released quarterback Jay Fiedler, ending his five-year stint with the Dolphins.

Fiedler spent much of the 2004 season on the injured list because of a herniated disk.
