Not forgotten

While it’s true that Buster Keaton made a career mistake by signing with MGM (“A Comic Master’s Sad Decline,” Dec. 26), I pointedly disagree with the statement “A mere five years later he was a forgotten man with a severe drinking problem and a busted marriage.”

Buster Keaton was never “a forgotten man,” even after his 1966 death, and his life on film, “The Buster Keaton Story” (1957), and his appearance on “This Is Your Life!” kept him from being forgotten.
