Fairgrounds Swap Meet Operator Retains Job

A fight over who will run the weekend swap meet at the Orange County Fairgrounds ended Thursday when the event’s founder and only operator was awarded a 10-year contract.
Last year, concession giant Delaware North lobbied vigorously to take over, but chose not to submit a final bid.
