Get away to San Francisco for a few days this summer with a downtown hotel deal that’s ideal for families.
The Park-and-Play package at Argent Hotel is $169 a night for the first room, $89 for the second room. The special is available until Sept. 5 and must be booked by phone.
Other summer specials for $169 per room per night: a Family Escape package for four (children must be under 18) with tickets to the Aquarium of the Bay and a free bay cruise; and a Golden Getaway package for seniors that includes a sightseeing tour. Parking is included in Park-and-Play and Family Escape, not with the Golden Getaway.
The Argent, about two blocks from Union Square, is in the South of Market district. It is within walking distance of cable cars and street trolleys that go to Chinatown, the Alcatraz ferries and Fisherman’s Wharf.
