Too hot out there? There is relief available

Re “ ‘Cool Centers’ Take the Simmer Out of Summer,” July 18
Someone should tell the residents of overly hot inland communities who may be fortunate enough to have air conditioning but cannot afford the electricity charges that relief is available for those with medical problems from some electric companies, such as Southern California Edison. Relief is out there if one only asks!
