Plans for a 14-story time-share condominium tower on Katella Avenue near Disneyland in Anaheim were announced by a Washington state developer.
Trendwest Resorts Inc. said the 253-unit WorldMark Anaheim will house one-, two- and three-bedroom furnished condos plus 12 suites. Construction is scheduled to begin in January and the first units are expected to open in early 2008.
Trendwest, a subsidiary of Cendant Corp., also has California time-share properties under construction in Indio and Solvang, as well as existing WorldMark locations in Anaheim, Big Bear, Oceanside, Palm Springs and Pismo Beach.
