A 15-year-old was arrested on suspicion of tossing lighted fireworks into dry shrubbery and causing a 3-acre fire in Laguna Hills, officials said Friday.
The boy, who was not identified because he was a minor, was arrested Tuesday and taken to the Orange County Juvenile Hall in Orange, said Capt. Stephen Miller of the Orange County Fire Authority. The July 6 blaze near Paseo de Valencia and Alicia Parkway damaged one home.
