Pat Burrell homered twice and drove in four runs, helping the Philadelphia Phillies complete a three-game sweep of the Texas Rangers with a 10-8 victory Thursday night.

Todd Pratt homered and had four runs batted in and Jim Thome also connected for the Phillies, who held on for their 12th win in 14 games after newly acquired Ugueth Urbina struggled in his first appearance with the team. Philadelphia is a season-best five games over .500 at 33-28.

Mark Teixeira hit a pair of homers and had five RBIs. David Dellucci also homered for Texas, which was swept for the first time this season. The Rangers, who fell 1 1/2 games behind the Angels in the American League West, have lost six of eight after winning nine in a row.
