Davis’ 33 Points Lead Warriors Past Suns

Baron Davis scored 33 points, including five during a decisive 12-0 run midway through the fourth quarter, leading the Golden State Warriors to a 110-100 road victory over the Phoenix Suns on Friday night.

Davis, who has helped the Warriors to an 8-6 record since he was obtained from New Orleans last month, made seven three-point baskets. That was more than the entire Phoenix team.

Derek Fisher scored 19 points for the Warriors, who got 41 points from their reserves compared with the Suns’ 12.

Philadelphia 93, Cleveland 81 -- Allen Iverson scored 31 points and Chris Webber 14, including a three-point basket to start Philadelphia’s game-ending 16-2 push at Cleveland. The 76ers, who are 6-5 since Webber’s arrival, held the Cavaliers without a field goal over the final 6:51.

New Jersey 94, Utah 80 -- Vince Carter scored 10 of his 23 points in the third quarter at home for the Nets. Andrei Kirilenko had 15 points for the Jazz, which dropped its eighth game in a row.

New York 106, Atlanta 92 -- Stephon Marbury scored 24 points and Tim Thomas 23 for the Knicks, who ended a two-game losing streak and won on the road for the eighth time.

The Hawks have lost four in a row and 15 of 16.

Seattle 98, Orlando 90 -- Ray Allen tied his season high with 38 points for the SuperSonics, who stopped a three-game home losing streak in Chris Jent’s debut as the Magic’s head coach. Orlando lost its seventh in a row.

Memphis 88, Minnesota 83 -- Jason Williams scored 17 points at home for the Grizzlies, who won for the eighth time in 10 games.

Kevin Garnett had 30 points and 19 rebounds for Minnesota, which lost for the fourth time in six games.

Detroit 103, Toronto 92 -- Chauncey Billups scored 23 points to lead the Pistons to their 11th consecutive home win.

Donyell Marshall had 25 points and 12 rebounds for the Raptors.

Milwaukee 99, Washington 90 -- Michael Redd scored 26 points and Joe Smith had a season-high 24 for the Bucks, who blew a 16-point lead at home.

Gilbert Arenas scored 27 points and tied a season high with 10 rebounds for Washington, which didn’t make a field goal in the final 4:46.

San Antonio 93, Charlotte 76 -- The Spurs’ Tony Parker scored 24 points, half of them in the third quarter, at San Antonio.

The Bobcats were scoreless during the final 6:05 of the quarter.

Boston 103, Houston 92 -- Mark Blount matched his season high with 22 points to lead the Celtics at Houston. Boston has won 10 of its last 11. The loss ended Houston’s six-game winning streak.

New Orleans 94, Chicago 90 -- Jamaal Magloire scored 17 points for the Hornets, who improved to 4-28 on the road.

The Bulls have lost four in a row for the first time since starting the season 0-9.

Seattle’s Vladimir Radmanovic has a stress fracture in his right leg and will be out at least four weeks.... Indiana’s Jermaine O’Neal said that he would sit out the rest of the regular season because of a sprained right shoulder.
